ClipFarm connects brand marketers with the world's best creator content — turning short-form clips into licensed, performance-ready brand assets at scale. We work with some of the biggest names in the creator economy and are building the infrastructure that makes brand-creator collaboration fast, accountable, and repeatable. We're early, well-backed, and moving fast.
We're looking for a deeply networked, commercially sharp Head of Partnerships to own our brand-side business. This isn't a build-a-deck-and-wait job. You'll be in the room, on the phone, and at the dinner making things happen.
You have relationships at major brands at the VP/CMO level. You know how to navigate procurement and legal. You've closed meaningful deals. You're as comfortable pitching to a Fortune 100 CMO as you are renegotiating terms on a Tuesday afternoon. You're looking for your next big challenge — not your next job.
• Own the full brand partnerships pipeline — inbound and outbound
• Build and deepen relationships with marketing decision-makers at major consumer brands
• Structure and close licensing, sponsorship, and content deals
• Work with the CEO and operators to develop partnership formats and pricing
• Represent ClipFarm at industry events, conferences, and dinners
• 7+ years in brand partnerships, media sales, or business development
• Proven relationships at VP/CMO/Director level at consumer brands
• Track record closing six- and seven-figure brand deals
• Deep fluency in how brands evaluate creator content and social ROI
• Extraordinarily compelling in person — a natural relationship builder
• High agency, low ego; thrives in an early-stage environment
