Dealership Shop Cleaner

DealerFLEX is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dealership Shop Cleaner to join our growing team at a premier automotive dealership in Springfield, VA. What You'll Do:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windows, and equipment
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and buffers
• Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistency and quality
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning chemicals

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to manage your time efficiently
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work
• Basic math skills
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment
• Safe Driving Record: Experience driving safely is preferred

Bonus Points For:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
• Passion for vehicles and automotive care
• Familiarity with basic cleaning tools and products
