Assist with inventory tracking and ensure accuracy within the ERP system (Epicor) demonstrating strong attention to detail
Support material transactions, including issuance, movement, and inventory control, processes, with a basic understanding of inventory practices
Help validate and maintain operations codes, source groups, and planning data, applying analytical and organizational skills
Assist planners with job tracking, status updates, and production support in a fast-paced environment
Participate in process improvement initiatives related to materials flow and warehouse operations, showing problem-solving ability
Support updates to documentation, including standard work instructions and SOP alignment, with clear written communication
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to track, analyze, and report data effectively
Collaborate cross-functionally with materials, planning, and operations teams, demonstrating strong teamwork and communications skills
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (green card holder) or other status as a U.S. Person)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Currently pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
Junior or Senior standing preferred
