  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour requirements, leave administration, and workplace investigations.
  • Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action plans.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs, including leadership development, compliance training, and manufacturing workforce development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, recruiting effectiveness, and employee engagement to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support safety initiatives and collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams to promote a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
  • Lead employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives that strengthen retention and employee satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts that enhance HR processes, systems, and employee programs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing employee relations, performance management, recruitment support, and compliance programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders across multiple functions without direct authority.
