Job Title: AI Business Analyst (Presales & Delivery)

 Location: USA (Work from Office / Hybrid as applicable)

Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic AI Business Analyst to help customers identify, define, and realize business value through Artificial Intelligence. This role combines business analysis, consulting, AI solution discovery, rapid prototyping, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, AI Solution Architects, and Forward Deployment Engineers to understand business challenges, identify AI use cases, define functional requirements, and support the development of rapid Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that demonstrate business value and accelerate customer adoption.

The successful candidate should possess an AI-first mindset, excellent analytical skills, curiosity to explore emerging technologies, and a passion for solving business problems using AI.

Key Responsibilities

Business Discovery & Customer Consulting

• Engage with customers and business stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis to identify AI adoption opportunities.
• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and applications to recommend AI-enabled improvements.
• Translate business problems into clear functional requirements, user stories, and AI solution scenarios.

AI Use Case Identification & Solution Definition

• Identify and prioritize high-value AI, Generative AI, automation, and analytics use cases based on business value and implementation feasibility.
• Collaborate with AI Solution Architects to define solution approaches and implementation roadmaps.
• Prepare business process flows, requirement documents, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications.
• Support estimation, solution documentation, and proposal development during customer engagements.

Rapid PoC & Customer Engagement

• Work with Forward Deployment Engineers to define, build, and validate rapid Proof of Concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and MVPs.
• Help prepare customer demonstrations showcasing AI capabilities and measurable business outcomes.
• Gather customer feedback, refine requirements, and support solution iterations to build customer confidence and secure project commitments.
• Participate in solution presentations, workshops, and user acceptance activities.

AI-First Business Analysis

• Leverage AI tools and copilots to accelerate requirement gathering, documentation, process analysis, research, and business analysis activities.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve customer business processes.
• Develop reusable business analysis templates, AI use case catalogs, and industry-specific solution assets.

Collaboration & Delivery Support

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, AI Architects, Developers, QA, and Delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and customer expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Analyst, or Digital Transformation Consultant.
• Experience working on enterprise software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, analytics, or intelligent business applications.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
