Material Handler / Warehouse Associate

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Must be available to work until the job is finished when overtime is required.

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
Forklift Certification Pay Increase: Receive an additional $1.00–$1.50/hour after 90 days upon becoming forklift certified.
Quarterly Bonus: Eligible employees may earn up to $1,500 quarterly bonuses, including temporary employees who meet qualification requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Move inventory, materials, and equipment throughout the warehouse.
Pull, assemble, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Receive, stock, and organize inventory in designated locations.
Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, side loaders, or cranes.
Tag and identify materials while completing required documentation.
Restock inventory and perform inventory spot checks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety and quality standards.
Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
0–5 years of relevant experience for Material Handler positions.
1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred for Warehouse Associate positions.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Must meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements.
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
