Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This role will translate complex business, technical, and data challenges into clear business requirements, user stories, and practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges and develop technology and data-driven solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between business, IT, data, project management, QA, vendors, and leadership.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and user story development.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Identify process improvements, root causes, and opportunities to improve system and data interoperability.
• Support enterprise integrations, governance, strategic planning, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong experience in business analysis, problem-solving, requirements gathering, and user story creation.
• Experience managing relationships with multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Highly Desired

• Understanding of SDLC and experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements in a Salesforce environment.
• Experience collaborating with business and technical teams on Salesforce initiatives.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
