About your role:


You will be instrumental in supporting exciting sales opportunities as you collaborate with the Sales and Client Executives to build and deliver a comprehensive client-focused solution conversation, outlining how Fiserv’s solutions will enable a client to accomplish their business objectives and ease their operational pain points.  You will accomplish this in an entertaining, engaging and informative manner.  You will demonstrate specific solutions as needs dictate to further improve Fiserv’s value proposition.  Your efforts will assist Fiserv to meet sales and revenue goals, drive deep and effective relationships with Product and Marketing, and demonstrate the power of OneFiserv.


What you'll do:

  • Lead client discovery sessions to identify client’s debit and credit card business strategy, objectives, pain points and processing requirements
  • Properly interprets client background information to tailor the solution presentations to the client’s specific environment so that it demonstrates the value that Fiserv solutions will bring to the client’s organization
  • Present Card Services solution value to existing clients and prospects, highlighting how our solutions are differentiated from our competition, where known
  • Ensures the client presentation content reflects the latest solution value
  • Provide solution demonstrations to existing clients and prospects
  • Create and deliver client/prospect storylines with executive presence, value proof points, and strong visuals with a demonstrated knowledge of the subject matter
  • Periodically review and offer feedback to RFP responses for specific client opportunities
  • Participate in user groups, trade shows, and conferences as required
  • Collaborate closely and build strong partnerships with Sales Executives, Account Executives, Relationship Managers, Product Strategists, and Business Partners
  • Liaison with other departments (e.g. Product Management, Implementation, Marketing, Development)
  • Stay abreast of market and competitive trends to provide thought leadership to the prospects and clients

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in debit card processing, credit card processing, payments or a closely related financial technology domain.
  • 6+ years of experience presenting business or technology solutions to clients, prospects and executive-level audiences.
  • 6+ years of experience translating client requirements into solution presentations, demonstrations or value propositions.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including creating emails, documents and presentations with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Experience applying a high-level understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology concepts in client-facing discussions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Client-facing sales experience in financial technology, payments or card services.
  • Experience participating in user groups, trade shows or conferences.
  • Experience evaluating market and competitive trends to support client discussions.
  • Experience developing presentations for C-suite audiences.

How you'll work:

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:

This role require frequent travel (25%+).

Salary Range

$120,000.00 - $198,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
